The following counties are physically searched by OTR abstractors
keeping costs down and expediting turn-a-round time.

OTR has an outsourcing network set up in all additional counties in Ohio. Searches may be sent to us to be farmed out. Prices and turn-a-round time may vary with the farm out searches.

We are looking to expand adding additional counties and abstractors to the OTR team. If you find that you have a number of searches in one of our outsourced counties, please call us at 330-652-4109 as we may be able to expand to that county at a quicker pace to better serve your needs.
