On The Record, Inc. is an abstracting company specializing in public records, including but not limited to, real estate, judicial, both civil and criminal, filings and document retrieval. Our home office is located in Niles, Ohio, with branches in Kent and Cleveland to better serve our customers.
Our team of Public Records Specialists has over a century of experience in abstracting and examining real estate title issues, pre-employment screening, document retrieval, filings and so much more. Our physical search area is 23 counties in Northeast Ohio. We do have outsourcing capabilities in all Ohio counties.
In 5 years we have expanded our territory from 5 counties to 23 counties in Northeast Ohio, and have set up an established outsourcing network to enable us to search records in all Ohio counties.
